Hercules Ambassador Program terms & conditions
By joining the Hercules Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms, expectations, and community guidelines. These terms ensure the program stays fair, transparent, and rewarding for every member of the Hercules Family.
1. Eligibility & participation
- Ambassadors must be 18 years or older and approved by the Hercules Supplements team.
- Participation is voluntary and may be ended by either party at any time.
- Ambassadors must maintain a public social media account that aligns with Hercules' tone and values.
2. Commission structure
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique link or discount code.
Commission rates by level:
- Level 1 – Rising Ambassador: 12%
- Level 2 – Active Ambassador: 15%
- Level 3 – Elite Ambassador: 20%
Commissions are reviewed and adjusted based on engagement, performance, and adherence to program standards.
3. Level rewards
Each level of the program unlocks personal perks and rewards:

4. Hercules Team Bonus
Earn up to an extra $1,000 each month with our Hercules Team Bonus.
Keep doing what you're already doing — when your total commissions in the last 30 days hit each milestone, you'll unlock an instant cash bonus. The higher you climb, the bigger your reward — it's our way of saying thank you for helping grow the Hercules Family.

5. Payment terms
- Commission and bonus payouts are processed within 7 days of the 1st day of each calendar month.
- Payments are made via the payment method provided (e.g. PayPal or direct deposit).
- Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring payment details are correct and current.
6. Performance & engagement
Ambassadors are expected to maintain the engagement level consistent with their tier:
- Level 1: Represent the brand positively and share your code.
- Level 2: Engage regularly — comment, like, post, and tag @herculessupps.
- Level 3: Create consistent, high-quality content that inspires and drives community engagement.
If activity drops below expectations:
- A warning will be issued.
- You will have 7 days to show improvement before being moved down a level.
- Continued inactivity may result in program removal.
7. Code rotation & security
- If a code is found on public discount or coupon sites, it will be immediately deactivated and replaced.
- Ambassadors are responsible for keeping codes private and sharing them only with genuine audiences.
- Repeated leaks or misuse will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Brand conduct
- Ambassadors must represent Hercules Supplements in a positive, professional, and authentic manner.
- Misrepresentation of product benefits, false claims, or damaging behaviour toward the brand or others will result in termination.
- All content must comply with platform guidelines and Australian advertising and TGA standards.
9. Content & usage rights
- By joining the Hercules Ambassador Program, you agree that Hercules Supplements retains full usage rights to any content (posts, videos, or stories) created featuring Hercules products.
- Hercules may use ambassador content for marketing, advertising, and paid partnership campaigns ("Partnership Ads"), where your content may be boosted or promoted under the Hercules Supplements account.
- You acknowledge that Hercules has the right to edit, adapt, and distribute this content across social platforms, paid media, websites, and email campaigns, with credit where possible.
- You grant Hercules a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable licence to use this content globally for promotional purposes.
9.1 Survival of content rights
- The licence and rights granted to Hercules Supplements under this Section 9 survive the termination, suspension, or expiry of your participation in the Ambassador Program, regardless of the reason for termination (including voluntary withdrawal, removal for breach, or program closure).
- For the avoidance of doubt, all content created or shared during your time as an ambassador remains subject to the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable licence granted above, and Hercules may continue to use, edit, adapt, distribute, and promote that content indefinitely after your participation ends. No further consent, payment, or notice is required.
- Termination of your participation does not require Hercules to remove, take down, or cease using any previously created or published content.
10. Non-compete & brand exclusivity
- While part of the Hercules Ambassador Program, you cannot promote or post content for competing supplement brands or brands that sell products within the supplement, sports nutrition, or performance category, unless you have received written approval from Hercules Supplements.
- You may collaborate with brands outside these categories (e.g. apparel, gym accessories, lifestyle), provided their products do not compete with Hercules Supplements.
- Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions or bonuses.
11. Termination
- Hercules Supplements reserves the right to suspend or remove ambassadors who breach these terms, misuse codes, or fail to meet engagement standards.
- Termination may occur immediately in cases of fraud, code abuse, or violation of the non-compete agreement.
11.1 Survival
- Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should continue after termination survive the termination, suspension, or expiry of your participation. This includes, without limitation: Section 9 (Content & Usage Rights) and the licence granted to Hercules over all content created during your participation; forfeiture of commissions or bonuses arising from breach; the confidentiality and security obligations relating to discount codes under Section 7; and the non-compete obligations under Section 10 to the extent they are expressed to apply beyond termination.
- The survival of these provisions is not affected by the reason for termination, whether initiated by you or by Hercules Supplements.
12. Program adjustments
- Hercules Supplements reserves the right to update commission rates, bonus tiers, or level rewards at any time with notice to active ambassadors.
- Updates are designed to maintain fairness, sustainability, and continued value for ambassadors and the Hercules Family.
13. Changes to the program
- The Hercules Ambassador Program, including its systems, platforms, tracking tools, dashboards, and processes, may change from time to time as the program evolves.
- Any change to the program's systems or operation does not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms carry over and continue to apply in full to your participation, including through any change of system or platform.
- Where changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, or to the commission rates, bonus tiers, level rewards, or program structure, you will be notified within 7 business days of the change taking effect.
